Kyriad Le Bourget Centre- Parc Des Expositions

The 24/7 access to free tea and coffee was a good touch, making it easy to unwind at any time.

We chose the Kyriad Le Bourget as it was about mid-point between Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport, enabling us visit Paris the Saturday afternoon when we arrived, and again Sunday Morning before depositing our daughter and her two boys at the airport. Unfortunately our Sunday trip to Paris was not to be as the train power cables were stolen so no trains were running to either Paris or the airport, which we reached by bus.

We arrived after 2pm and had to wait both days for the rooms to be finished, so as to enable us deposit our bags

Room sizes felt cramped, particularly with multiple luggage!!! The bathroom layout could use improvement for better usability!!! The absence of an on-site restaurant limits dining choices!!!

It's not spacious but clean and comfortable. And it's 1km to Le Bourget Metro station.

The website on Booked.net says that it's near Drancy metro station with 680 yards, but actually it's about 3 km far away. It's more nearer to Le Bourget station, about 1 km away.

Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We loved the breakfast selections, it was good. The room was facing the city. Besides, we parked the car on site.

The ac was not working.

Room size felt cramped, especially with luggage. The bathroom layout lacked usability. Appreciated the comfortable beds and how clean everything was. Staff provided useful advice on getting to tourist attractions. Breakfast included fresh orange juice and good croissants-definitely recommend it. Access to free tea and coffee around the clock was a nice perk. The noise from the street could be disruptive at times. No restaurant on-site, only a machine for ordering food that doesn't always fit dietary preferences. This limits dining options after a long day out. Parking was affordable, but the hotel experience could improve by enhancing communication between staff regarding services provided.

the elevator isn't good enough. The gentlemen at the receiption dest is very kind.

The internet didn't work well for 3 days. It's not the hotel's fault, but I still felt very unconfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was exceptionally friendly with fast wi-fi. Everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were very rude. The location of the property was perfect and comfortable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a French aerospace museum.

The staff were friendly and assisted with my early check-in, with a delicious breakfast of croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. The convenience of 24/7 tea and coffee.

Location for tex world or other shows

No complaints about this hotel but at the sister Kyriad hotel inside the airport fence the reception staff member on the night of the 20/9/11 was extremlely unhelpful as I had been taken to the wrong hotel but he would not order me a taxi and told me to walk to the correct hotel which was 45 minutes away and it was 21.45.
